Responding units initially utilized radio channel Ops 301 for scene communications as they prepared to investigate the report. However, scanner traffic indicates that at 10:49 AM ET, dispatchers received a call back from the alarm company stating that they were attempting to test the system but accidentally set off the building's alarm.
